First Touch Supplemental Football Coaching in Dublin

My daughter Olivia started in first touch about 3 months and my god the difference in her! Declan is an incredible coach, he is amazing with all the children no matter if they are super confident or super shy! Even in a group he tailors the skills to each individual child and encourages them in a way that not only improves their skills but also adds such a fun element. My daughter does football 5 days a week and this is by far her favourite, she always always says to me if she was to choose only one training session it would be first touch! Declan is great with parents, always gives me feedback and tips and is always at the end of the phone if you need to bounce anything off him! I cant recommend first touch enough to anyone who is looking to improve their child’s skills but also wants them to have fun!

My son has been attending First Touch supplemental football coaching since August 2023. The classes are well run and well attended. He’s picked up new skills and has improved his game in leaps and bounds. Declan is an amazing coach with great people skills and he imparts his knowledge to the kids in a very positive manner. Declan is an excellent coach, his technical analysis of the core skills of the game and attention to detail has proved invaluable to our son. Declan is a fantastic coach, he loves what he does and that shines through in every session every week . My daughter Megan has been going for a couple of months now and she absolutely loves it. She has learned so much and has become more confident on the pitch. He gives great feedback on individual performances and what to work on. Her confidence has grown each time and continues to do so! I was coached by Declan myself and enjoyed his sessions many years ago, just like my son, Tadgh enjoys Declan sessions now. He has a great understanding of the game and is brilliant with the kids, who all play with a smile on their face. Tadgh loves going every Saturday and is improving all the time.

My son started the group sessions & 121 training with Declan back January , it’s great watching his confidence grow more & more after each session and this is down to Declans patience, knowledge & the fun environment he provides each week to the kids, Charlie loves his Saturday mornings.

Recently heard about Declan and first touch and I have to say he’s first class , you can see the love he has for making kids better but while having fun and my two boys love it, would highly recommend first touch to anybody looking to improve or just to get started.
